Did Pete kill the RRR?

Mrob had Scruggs filling in for him for a bit, but then when he came back he mentioned that Pete may not be down with the distraction in the locker room anymore. Feels a bit weird not to have it this season.

If so, I wonder how much Christine Michael's 'rap' had to do with it.

I believe Rob has said he himself decided not to do it anymore and focus on football. It was fun while it lasted. Bringing back MRob should always have been about what happens on the field than rather than what was on Youtube.

I felt that it directly contributed to getting Moffat traded. Always felt that way.

Moffit did one while with the Broncos. That might be interesting to see.

Was never a fan of how fans used RRR to justify hatred toward Moffit and Winston Guy. 2 mins a week does not a player make.
Hating their play is fine with me.

RRR is a piece of Seahawk history. With Pete here, it is highly unlikely to return as it appeared to really bother some players.

This is news to me. Who did it bother?

Yeah, it was nice little piece of history. Introduced us to the personalities of some core players who will be here for quite some time. I'm fine if it stays retired. I can definitely see a "re-introduction" of it being a distraction, more so than if it had remained part of the fabric of the organization the whole season.

I have to agree. I remember after a couple RRR appearances people on here started questioning Guy's "mental toughness" or something like that. Crazy.

Concur. It always irked me that people would sit there and make comments about how maybe they should be studying or practicing rather than clowning around. Give me a friggin' break.

Really? If it really bothered him I'm sure MRob wouldn't have kept messing with him

It will probably return during the offseason. I know MRob really likes doing this kinda stuff.

lol@ how many of you seem to think the vids are unedited.... Marshawn is called "uncle" by mike robs kids, they love messing with each other..... And Moffits attitude played out perfectly with his retirement (which I think is dumb just to note)

It bothers Lynch that he doesn't get the ball on the 3 and that hasn't stopped anything.

How could it have contributed to Moffitt getting traded?

I think MROB getting cut and then brought back mid-season is why you don't see the RRR...why would he come back and start changing things on a winning team by introducing the camera element again?

I heard that he said it was a distraction.

I thought he didn't want it to be a distraction since its the middle of the season and he's trying to work back into game shape
