Technically, he's not wrong. These new rules are likely a reaction to the perceived physical play of the Seahawks secondary. What they failed to realize was that our starting corners still play with better technique than others across the league and know how to play within the rules as they're written.

I find the poetic justice at play now pretty funny.

Its hilarious. This was brought on because opposing fans needed excuses why the physicality of the seahawks was so dominate. So they bitched and moaned constantly. Now that they got the NFL's attention, they realize that it affects everyone, not just us. And they bitch and moan constantly.

Correct. It really has nothing to do with the Seahawks more about the fact that Peyton failed again. As Catire posted somewhere when they were showing examples of illegal contact the Seattle Seahawks weren't in one example. We did things by the rules as written previously and we will adjust and do exactly the same this year.

Actually, yea, he is a figure head. He works for the owners, not above them. He is their spokesperson. He is also completely limited in the amount of power he has when it comes to rules.

Its ok to learn and not just hate someone because its the cool thing to do.
