Agreed! My guess would be Penny has a better chance at making an impact this year. Looking at the bright side though, Green, Dunlap and eventually snacks will all have a chance to make a huge impact! Plus Dallas is looking great and Homer is healing up nicely so we’re looking decent at DL/RB so far.

In a year where you could need a few healthy body at anytime of the season, what's the rush? I'd rather have a potential returning player 100% healthy and ready to roll week 12 than risk a set back now.

Proper context. It was very much up in the air if there even would be a complete season in 2020. Teams could take the risk of drafting a player with a significant injury to heal from.

He had a pretty serious injury that he was recovering from. If the Hawks keep him on the NFI list they can get an extra year of club control on his rookie deal.
