Per the rules, yeah…legit.

But man…I don’t want to call it ‘woke bs’ but ffs…these are grown ass men, phenomenal athletes that play a game where aggression is encouraged….a game that’s perhaps been made as safe as it possibly can be…and we’re afraid to ‘hurt feelings’.

Seriously…

I thought it was relatively tame. The flex while standing over the player was for a minimal moment. Not surprised it was called but think they could have let that go in all honesty

Yup anyone who says otherwise is giving Hellen Keller a run for her money.
I never said Washington's been getting away with it, I dont remember a single taunting by them to be honest. I just simply stated, regardless if you think they are or not, the league doesn't care. In other words, I don't agree with you. Guess I'm sucking the zebras off too.

I liked that he stopped quickly - like he realized what he was doing - and also that two other guys came over and drug him away.

He just HAD to, didn’t he.

If there’s really a trade partner, do a deal.

The vibes around Woolen are between those of Chavarious Ward and DeVondre Campbell. He’s always had hothead problems and doesn’t have a future with his present team and is about as pissed as those two ex Niners. Ward made it to the Colts before confessing that he was working to rule that last year, not caring whether the Niners won. The only thing thst could be worse is that he dresses but just refuses to play.

Especially since they let the shoving on the sidelines go earlier in the game when they were trying to protect JSN out of bounds...

so the dude who stood over Holani and said some shit.. doesn’t count then eh? lol

This is the point some are intentionally ignoring in this thread

The rule book is clear, sure

However refs pick and choose when to ignore and when to address it with a flag

considering how brief and non confrontational it was, using discretion there (like they did the rest of the night) would have been appropriate

That't what ticks me off. The call on Woolen was legit but that was the exact same thing later that did not get called, even it didn't matter in the big picture at that point.

Cost us points... Again... Would be good to see our defensive rankings rising to where they should be

Woolen has a rep now as a hot head. Refs will be looking at him more closely than other players. He won't be able to get away with it like others. Just a fact.
