I, like many human beings, got caught up in the dramatic story of Damar Hamlin. From the moment he collapsed on the field, to the time he was able to walk into Bills stadium to cheer his team on in the playoffs.
So I decided to purchase his jersey to honor what he went through, and what he stood for. But also because all proceeds were to go to his charity.
Now that he is on the road to recovery thankfully, I am less emotionally attached to having his jersey simply collect dust in my closet for years.
So I would like to donate it to someone who truly would want it, be thankful for it, and not let it sit for years collecting dust in his or her closet.
