Not to take anything away from the best 54 to wear a Seahawks jersey in Bobby Wagner, but continuing with the first to wear the number, I give you Art Kuehn. A center drafted in the 15th round of the 1975 draft by the the team formerly known as the Redskins. He was chosen by the Seahawks in the 1976 expansion draft.

I remember reading an item in The Portland Press-Herald (from Portland, Maine - I lived in a small town about 25 miles south of there) about many fans of the pop star Michael Jackson showing up at a hospital when it was announced that the Seahawks player Michael Jackson had been admitted to the hospital.
