I can't remember for sure, but it sounds about right. 4 teams in 5 seasons also isn't desirable. Outsider and mercenary are the 2 words that pop into my head when I hear his name. Maybe unfair on my part.

If we could afford him, Matthew Judon from the Pats would be the guy I'd like. His contract is up and will likely be traded before the deadline, but I don't think there is any way we could afford a long term contract. Guess who his LB coach was in Balt from 2018-2020? Wish we could have him instead of D. Jones

I would be OK with Jamal Adams returning to the Seahawks.
But, I bet he wants a fresh start somewhere else. I am pretty sure that he must read about himself online and knows that the Seattle fan base thinks that he is a disappointment.
Zach Cunningham seems like a good choice for a veteran middle linebacker.
