What I don’t get is Carroll knows the Rams play Seattle twice a year and even when the Rams aren’t good they play Seattle hard, and especially when the Rams are good they play Seattle as if Seattle bad mouths their mother.

And Carroll is always out coached by the Rams and looks dumbfounded and surprised when Seattle struggles against them.
