Just wanted to come back and congratulate you guys on the win. We have never taken an ass whoopin like that in the Payton and Brees era. We didn't come to play and left our skills on bourbon street. You guys fired on all cylinders and we were simply over matched to the point i didn't recognize who we were on the field. That QB of yours is something special! You guys have something with this team and the best of luck to you guys moving forward. Hopefully we don't meet again lol. Oh and hats off to the 12th man!! Omg! Nobody is winning in that environment! Not this year. That was electric!

Thanks SirSaint. I truly believe that last night was the preview for NFC Championship. Saints will bounce back, they are a very good team. Everyone is talking about the Panthers but Saints are top of that division in my mind. Good luck the rest of the way.

Thanks, and props to you for coming back. The Saints fans we've had on this forum were always a cut above many of the fans we had from other teams. There are always a few in the crowd though. I imagine it's expecting too much to think CitySaint would eat crow after talking down his nose to us with every post. Ah well, I guess it takes all kinds.

It's been a fun couple weeks reading the BlackandGold forums as well as here. No one saw this coming. I thought we would win because of a few advantage like home field and ST's but after losing Browner and WTIII I was much more nervous if we could stop that screen game or slow down Graham. Up until Thursday though I thought Harvin would help to offset the loss of those two with more offensive production. When the news broke about him not practicing I got nervous to say the least.

You guys have a great team with tons of weapons. I think you'll bounce back and I would be surprised if we don't see you again in the playoffs.

Hey, hope y'all got fat & happy on T-Day.

Tigerdroppings game day thread was pretty brutal, but overall, and even on that board, Saints fans have been pretty classy from what I've seen.

Amazing performance. Without going into it, LBs impressed me most last night. I thought the underneath stuff would be a weak spot, but the boys were all over it. I don't know the numbers, but I'd be surprised if NO had 30 YACs.

Sidebar: My friend teaches 2nd grade in Seattle. Said half the class was rocking 'Hawks gear yesterday. But one student was head-to-toe in her Saints regalia. As a 'Hawks fan in Brooklyn, I can relate. Props!

Sunday can't get here fast enough. Go 'Hawks!

You guys deserved that win in every fashion! And sometimes it takes a good ass whoopin to humble the players and the fan base! We now realize we are not a good road team and it must be fixed! This also may be a gift from you guys because as someone stated Carolina is gonna feel the wrath next Sunday night and it won't be pretty. We were busted in the mouth by a team who clearly outplayed us in all phases of the game. There are no referees to blame. Only the pathetic and inept performance that I was forced to watch for all 4 quarters last night. You guys fans are a huge advantage at that stadium and nobody will win there without playing 100 percent mistake free football. Browner And Walter didn't play and the backups didn't miss a step! Credit to Pete Carroll for knowing how to find the right players for that system. Wouldn't be mad if you guys were to win it all. Just anybody but Carolina lol. Our plane also breaking down summed up the night lol!

I actually look at the comments on nfl.com and a few others after Seahawk related articles. The Saints have to be one of the classiest, if not THE classiest fan base in the NFL. Of course, I don't see the back and forth between Falcon fans, but many of them came on and gave the Hawks props. What they didn't do was: whine about the officials, claim we cheated, bitch about the stadium noise, or claim the Hawks are all on PEDs, the fans are all on Adderall, etc.

The worst fan base out there are the Whiners. hell, even out of division fan bases are tired of them.
