That is some funny ish.Thought I saw him trying to congratulate Brock Purdy after the game, but he was 3 steps behind and chasing.
Time to move on from the current #57
Zero LB instinctJust when I thought he was starting to turn a corner, he runs into the wrong gap where a wall is waiting for him
But there will still be some who say he is nothing but a whipping boy...that he's actually decent. I don't know what else they need to see.
In a game specialy made for an LB to shine,he was beat worse than a red headed step-mule!But there will still be some who say he is nothing but a whipping boy...that he's actually decent. I don't know what else they need to see.
He flashes great skill at times but I feel like he eventually falls back into the same habits
It’s weird watching him. He’s surpassingly decent on pass coverage. But at the same time is probably the worst run defending LB in the NFL. Just absolutely zero awareness of run fits, zone reads, anything. I’ve never seen a dude purposely wash himself out of plays, just to engage a blocker, instead of make a play on the ball carrier like he does. I know we were absolutely blessed watching Bobby and KJ play with such intelligence and talent but we shouldn’t have to go the complete opposite spectrum with Barton. Tanner Muse looks lost pre-snap but was so much more involved in plays by just being active, intelligently.
He is an unrestricted free agent now. No trades.Trade him to Denver. Anything outside of Air, is a win in a trade.
He had 2 or 3 bad plays before that too. Love him to death but he's not a starter. He started playing deeper after the bad start and still got bit. Draft a MLB.Just when I thought he was starting to turn a corner, he runs into the wrong gap where a wall is waiting for him
You have already said you’re not going to be a fan next year for a couple reasons now…just leave alreadyLmao...
Yeah if he's on the team next year, I won't be. It's either him or me. Pete has a decision to make
