This is sheer cope on my part but I didn't realize Cross is playing as the 26th ranked LT this year.

Cross is the 26th ranked tackle in PFF's player rankings, not just left tackle. Divide that by two to get an approximation, so he's about average according to that ranking.
Losing him is going to hurt. How much remains to be seen.

NO. I was responding the SMH. Which sounds like something you would say for an often injured guy.
We should be OK with Josh Jones, although he may need some help blocking Verse. Of course, the same can be said for Cross. He and Darnell Wright are good tackles, but neither has played at Pro Bowl level you’d like from a guy drafted #9 in first round.
