So there's a chance we start the season vs the 49ers with J. Jones at LT next to a rookie in Darnolds first game as a Hawk.
No worries.

Contrary to average orthopedic surgeons that are likely to be big muscular guys. Hand surgeons are often women, better eyes and hands to operate on the tiny muscle and bones. They are really highly paid.

Ronnie lott chewed off his to stay in a game.
That's what I'm talkin' bout, heck yeah!

Dude makes millions of dollars, put it on ice and reattach that bad boy after the Super Bowl. We have the technology, the future is now!

Cross knows what he has to do and he will doubtless get visual reps. On the bright side live reps for backups always turn out to be a good thing when it turns out they have to actually play.

Looking like Olu at C and Bradford will be RG. I think Haynes is on his way to elsewhere before game 1.

Considering how little starters play in pre-season now as long as he can go week 1. The other downside this particular year is the week he's not getting in during camp and from scrimmages against other teams to be more comfortable in the new offence.

Finger? I thought OL just let it stay crooked like Pete’s finger, and kept playing
Love it!
Allow me, if I may, to contribute rightly here:

My general response to this "story"...

"Wait, wait, wait. What are you doing? Don'tcha know that O-lineman are required to play unless it's bent more severely than Brian Baldingers finger? Sorry, but it's a rule. If it wasn't, then this story could fester uncontrollably and he wouldn't have to play. But, it is, so he has to play. Sorry, it's a rule. If it wasn't, then we could gripe. But, it is, so we can't."

(My best attempt at explaining this using a John Candy bit from "Stripes" - made that poor young soldier make his bunk. Maybe I'm dating myself too much with this reference.)

So if we were in Germany, John Candy would not have the right to gripe?!

Just another play on your “Stripes” analogy. 🤣🤣

The questions would be when the finger problem started? Which finger? What's the problem?
