Herbert is not a winning QB. He isn't a guy you can ride in the playoffs. Never won anything, even in college. He is who he is, a decent QB that throws a pretty ball but doesn't make good decisions or process quickly enough to be counted on. And he tightens up in key moments.

Harbaugh is damned good at papering over holes, and is a hell of a coach - but if you don't have a QB...you don't have a chance. That is the rule of the NFL.

I never understood why people are so enamored with Herbert. I assume Justin is just a good guy and people exposed to him want to root for him?
Not even sure the Texans are much good.

That's not looking terribly likely to me. Texans look closer to an AFCCG appearance than the Chargers, and I think the Chiefs, Bills, and Ravens are still better than either of these teams.
