Bellicheck will either go to the Chargers or the Commandos. The QB situation is tad better in LA. I just see Kraft somehow trading Bill and getting a bunch of picks from a stupid team.
All that being said, Sam Howell is no slouch, he might actually become a decent QB in the NFL.I'd call Herbert waaaaaaaaaaay better of a QB situation than anybody the Commanders are pushing on the field.
I would love to have Herbert as our QB if he could stay healthy.
Without him they just got ran over. He’s the only one keeping them in games, that team is garbage around him. Terrible OL, no real skill guys, Allen is past his prime, and the D is probably the worst in the NFL. Harbaugh said he’s his favorite QB in the nfl. I won’t be surprised if he’s the next HC for the chargers.Herbert is overpaid and overrated
Never won a playoff game and has a below .500 record for his career. Yet he is the second highest paid qb
Agreed. They will always live in the shadow of the Rams, and also LA is not a football town. They have 20 million other things to do.Agreed, particularly about Spanos. He's getting what he deserves: An under achieving team and a practically nonexistent fan base.
With the exception of the pandemic season in 2020, for the past 10 years, I've made a trip to Las Vegas on an NFL Sunday. Everyone, including casino employees, wear their 'colors' on Game Day, so it's neat to hang out with fans from around the country.Agreed. Too soon to talk, we got the Cards again for the final game of the season.Fired after a humiliating loss to a RIVAL. That is a pattern in the NFL. Since we play no more rivals, I guess Pete is safe for the season.
There was a reason LA had no NFL teams for decades. Im not dumping on them, but the NBA and MLB are just more suited to the city. With the exception of the pandemic season in 2020, for the past 10 years, I've made a trip to Las Vegas on an NFL Sunday. The two team jerseys that I consistently see the least of are the Rams and Chargers, even though nest to the hometown Raiders, they are the closest teams to Las Vegas.
Is that an XFL team?Too soon to talk, we got the Cards again for the final game of the season.
Yep. LA used to be a great football city back in the 60's in the days of the Fearsome Foursome and the great USC teams, but that has changed. There wa a reason LA had no NFL teams for decades. Im not dumping on them, but the NBA and MLB are just more suited to the city.
And The Juice is still loose!Yep. LA used to be a great football city back in the 60's in the days of the Fearsome Foursome and the great USC teams, but that has changed.
