I dont want to derail the thread as this is off topic, and I agree with you to an extent, but I think you are oversimplifying it when you consider how the Seahawks used him and how much of a disrupter he was.

The guy was a monster for us and is a great player.

Overpaid? Probably. But that's not really due to the S next to his name

Stop looking intensely at the position safety and realize his ability. He is a game changing player. Safety or not. Postion title means nothing. He absolutely was worth 1st's. No player in the game right now is like him and we have him. Get over the trade. He is a hawk.
