Pete and John are a perfect "marriage" of coach and GM. They've merged their philosophies and approaches brilliantly.

Likewise I think Russell and Pete are a great match of coach to QB. They're both nearly obsessive in their adherence to preparation and belief in the power of positive thinking and their seeming lack of fear.

I can't wait until next Sunday!
