It never works, something bad always seems to happen. Just cut it out.

I gotta disagree here, stretching the defense laterally from time to time keeps them true and opens up jet motion fakes

Got 3, not like it was a negative play

There are other ways to do that than jet sweeps. I just don't want him around the ball, especially after he turned it over.

I don't think pulling players fully out of the game is worth it when they screw up.

Use it as a learning moment, including for the OC who called that dumb shit in the first place, and move on. That jet stuff is what the brought Eskridge in for and he's alright at it. I'm gonna stand by it.

Sweeps are fine if he was quicker. But it also helps widen the field.

Yeah, jet sweeps he's going to practice regularly. Lining up in the backfield is borderline trick play level though. No need to do that stuff when your offense is working fine.

He's quick enough. I don't think he can reads blocks, though. We don't seem to sell those well.
I feel somehow we tilt our hand some for the blocks which is why stuff gets blown up SOOOO quick.

Yeah that was dumb all-around

Shane's flaw is that he can get way too cute, and sometimes can tunnel-vision on the passing game

Yeah, not the first time Shane got a little too cute. (Halfback passes in the red zone? 🤦‍♂️ )
