Lets just say I really saw nobody attacking his character, people attacked his cost and non performance over a long period of time costing a spot to someone that could contribute and probably cost less then a guy in a whirlpool tub all season.

?

His cost????

4 years $3 million?

If he is healthy a season it is peanuts.

The real and only cost to me.is the roster spot. For his talent ornis worth trying and trying. Also when putting him on IR he doesn't take a roster spot

Yeah but that salary could be used somewhere else that could contribute, so it's 4 mil, half of what we are paying Clowney this year.

Over 4 years!!!!
And it is not $4MM. It is $3.1MM

It is 833k this year if they keep him. If he can't stay healthy he will be cut.

This money is honestly miniscule overall. We have wasted way more on players like J. Brown, E. Dickson and others

Great point, and most likely a good explanation of why Pete and John still have him on the roster.

I would not want to question the character of a player I have never met. I have also not heard anything bad about Prosise other than he appears to be injury prone.

Over the past 3 years, some of the injuries I seem to remember was the scapula, which I do understand takes a long time to hear. Most recently it was a hip related issue. Perhaps someone more knowledgeable than me would have the list of all the injuries, but if my memory serves me right, it seems they were different and unrelated injuries.

I would hope Prosise would be equally hard on himself, if not harder on himself than fans. Perhaps he was.

The point of my post is it seems strange he made the roster, he appears injury prone, and I would love to eat crow over this post and have him prove us naysayers wrong. None the less, from a performance and durability standpoint, C J has a LOT to prove over the next 5 weeks.

I think that's a fair opinion. My point is that our coaches must have really liked him because we kept him around during both Bevell's tenure as well as Schott's first year. Something he has must be causing multiple coaches to overlook is unavailability or else he would have been cut long ago. Now that he's healthy and performing well, it should be no surprise that we decided to keep him.
