However. If we are successful on first and run, I’d like to see a few deep shots with Rashid on 2nd and short. No doubt they have used nickel and dime zone to confuse Sam into interceptions this year when pressured. That notwithstanding, their corners are actually pretty mid to weak. If Rashid can get separation away from the middle of the field once or twice, it could change everything.

That's where the run game comes into play. A solid running game gains your pass rushers a half step or more on the D, which is already a half step slow because of the crowd noise.

Run the ball, open up play action, and we're golden.
