Ruskell was a terrible talent evaluator who prized character over raw ability to the detriment of our team. But you can't keep ignoring character, like the Raiders, and expect to succeed. For every Percy Harvin, Marshawn Lynch and Bruce Irvin there needs to be 20 other guys playing it straight. Schneider is a young GM and still learning. He may never go Full-Ruskell, and I hope he doesn't, but I guarantee as his career progresses character is going to become a lot more important than it's been in recent drafts.

The NFL doesn't officially release the nature of the substance. There are leaks. And it has been acknowledged that many players intentional leak adderal because there is less public stigma attached to it.

Nope. The results are always confidential. That's why every caught player cries it was Adderall. Less backlash than coming out saying they were juicing.
