Flynn would beat out Kolb and for reasonable money and Cable would have a starter that knows his offense and can utilize Fitzgerald and gets rid of the ball quickly while the O-line gets built. He would also have one of the leagues best back ups in Kolb.
Do you honestly think the Bidwells would allow that much money to be tied up in the QB position for a couple of unproven guys? Kolb's deal plus Flynn's deal would be $30 million in the next two seasons at the QB position.
