Wouldn’t surprise me. Pete’s age works against him in a lot of people’s minds, plus there’s been the thought that the Bears should hire an offensive guy to help develop Caleb.

Hands off our consultant, Pete! Guy is probably putting in 14 hour workdays for the Hawks. Best consultant ever!

Ben Johnson signing with the Bears, one opportunity down, many more still open.

I don't think Pete coaches ever again. Love the guy but it's a young man's game.

Mark Davis was told by Pete that he is willing to play one on one basketball games with other HC candidates, winner takes the HC job.

I can't link the article, but it sounds like Pete to the Raiders is a very real possibility.

Pete is getting serious consideration by the Raiders, if he gets hired, the first move will be trading for Geno Smith.

geNOs, happy days are coming soon, get ready for the dawn of Sam Howell era, promised land is around the corner for y'all.

I think that'd be awesome if the raiders hired Pete
He doesn't really seem like a "raider" type but who cares lol
Instead of trading for Geno, they should just get Wilson. Put an end too any "beef" they may or may not have with each other.

Please don't pour ice cold water on all the geNOs, getting rid of Geno is the dream! But then most geNOs are secret Wilson diehards, seeing Wilson out compete Geno on job market may provide some comfort, warming that sacred place deep in the hearts.

I think Me3 goes back to Pete, I think they need each other at this point.

Pete as HC for the Raiders makes absolutely no sense until it does.

It’s hard to quantify the dichotomy of such a chipper, hyper-positive presence like Pete with the Black and Silver, especially considering the history of the franchise.

But the 21st Century Raiders aren’t those teams from the 70s. I think they will be more than happy to bring aboard someone like Pete and his proven track record, regardless of age.

I can see it now. Pete, ever the eternal optimist, finishing his introduction press conference with that beautiful, shit-eating grin by saying….

“Just win, baby.”

I think the Raiders new slogan is…”just win baby, at least one more game than we lose?”

I love Pete but there didn’t seem to be any interest last year in him so doubt there would be this year. I think if you give him a young offensive OC Pete would be great for a Celeb Williams in Chicago.
Aged like milk, as expected.
