The best hawk TE in history in a few years.

Carlson, Miller, Fauria, Stevens, Tice…all good, respectable TE’s (sans Stevens)…

I think AJ has a great shot of next level play.

Link does a good job covering his background and growth. Glad we got this kid.

Another full year in the system with Darnold should certainly help.

AJ Barner. Spell checker I'm sure i can't remember such an efficient TE. He catches everything. He owns the Barn House.

It can be argued, that we have never had a very good TE. So becoming the best just means being consistent and above average. Graham was a big disappointment here. Miller could block, but he didn’t scare anyone. Stephen’s dropped so many open balls, nothing he did negated it. Tice? No one outside of Seattle even knows he played in the nfl.

It’s about time we finally got a legit TE

The Mike Tice story is inspirational.

From undrafted rookie to head coach.

Certainly at the top of the list of Seahawk blocking tight ends that set the example.

An absolute STEAL as a 4th round pick.
I remember content creators saying it was too high. That a blocking TE could've been had in the 6th. IMO, his spot in the draft was justified, and I thought that at the time, too. After seeing his tape, he was the TE I really wanted, and I had him in multiple mock drafts I posted here. You can imagine how hyped I was when they picked him. 😁
