My man ADB who was so incredibly underrated is sincerely pointing us to the truth of what we have now seen from this young player. JSN is freaking special and doesn’t carry around the BS we saw from DK.

What an amazing draft pick who has developed into a budding superstar. Maybe budding is a real understatement as he has blossomed into one of the best WRs in the league.

When Dougie speaks you should listen. I've always said that JSN has the tools to get where Largent is, or better.
Pretty sure JSN is significantly faster than Largent ever was, and with what looks like similar shiftiness and short area quickness. He's showing great hands so far, so yeah if he can stay on the field for 10 years or so, he could approach Largent greatness.

Ngiggy is awesome. That 300 plus yard USC game. Are you kidding me? I like the TE group and Outzs Outzs Outzs. Horton and Kupp. Nobody is overpaid which is even better. They all have potential and talent. They just catch the ball like Angry Doug always did.

So he's saying that JSN is "pedestrian"? All of our best receivers are. :)

@Maulbert - I'd actually put ADB above Lockett. Not dissing Tyler, but I consider ADB to be in our top few receivers all time. I wish he'd played longer.

Absolutely. I don't know much about JSN, but Baldwin and Lockett are both really great human beings - a wide receiver tradition for us now.

Statistically, they're close, but Lockett lasted longer. And he managed to pass Brian Blades for 2nd place in team history in most receiving categories. (Behind Largent, obviously.)

If Baldwin's comment becomes true, JSN will be the NFL WR GOAT since Jerry Rice played a season with us, but I'm guessing Angry Doug either forgot about that or only meant WRs who spent considerable time with the Seahawks. Imagine if JSN does wind up breaking some of Rice's records though, that'd be awesome.

It's going to be fun watching team-first-minded JSN's career, not to mention the Seahawks' cornucopia of success due, in part, to having him:

Loved ADB’s passion and way he played the game. Tough SOB and backed up his words w/performance.
