I think Russell getting the ball out quick this game really helped as well. There was way more short passes this game than any hawks game I can remember with RW at the helm.

The growth of Bailey and Bowie are making our 1st round pick prime pickings. If they continue to grow, we can do whatever we want with that 1st pick. Awesome. Bailey is making a case to get a start. Looks like a complete steal...and yes it's still early.
While I agree that Bailey, Bowie looked good today, I think their highest cieling sits at guard. I find it hard to believe Seattle will be able to resign Breno next year, and with the depth a tackle coming out this draft, this might be the best year to take a tackle early in this upcoming draft.

OMFG I loved watching the rotation of 'interchangable parts' offensive linemen, in and out of the game, due to down and distance, game situations, and specific play calling. This was genius. I been begging and begging for Alvin Bailey for weeks now, and man, it paid big dividends today, keeping the guys we did have today... fresh, ready to play, and most importantly unscathed.

Their defensive line looked so confused because the same guys would line up at different positions play to play, and then different guys would rotate in and do the same; it was genius... pure genius.

We finally played a D-line that isn't "the best D-line in the league" like we do every other week.

Lol so true. Amazing is it not that the first time we get good oline play and more importantly play calling that that was creative and unpredictable and all of a sudden we aren't playing the 1985 bears this week.

Play calling was abysmal against the rams. I mean worst ive ever seen or at least remember seeing. Much better last week and this week was awesome, always a step ahead of the defense.

Robinson should have been back sooner. Bailey should have been playing WAY WAY WAY WAY WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY sooner. Now that the obvious has finally happened, the offense looks lights out. Shocked I am. Okay, it's not quite that simple, but this is the closest Seattle has been to last year's 2nd half season formula personnel wise, so it's hardly shocking that they looked like 2nd half 2012 today.

Injuries to our starters this year is creating lots of depth on our OL. Lemuel Jean Pierre, Bowie and Bailey really look good. Perhaps after a few more weeks of seasoning and we will be thinking that our first couple round draft picks don't need to be spent on OL after all.

Funny how things are so week to week in the NFL. With Kearse's development I don't know if we need to draft a big play wide receiver. I was super worried about our run D (especially without Red Bryant), but our run D looked great.

Right now I think our greatest need in the draft might be a bigtime TE (especially considering what we are paying Miller).

Bailey is very impressive to me. His pass blocking has been incredible. Offensive line seems to be a position where high draft pick is not so important. Cohesion, chemistry and game plan are very important. TE is another tough one, it would be awesome to find the basketball player like Jimmy Graham or the charger TE but its not easy to find and the hawks have spent a lot on the position with miller and willson.

The one position that the hawks need to expend draft picks on is the WR position. Rice and Percy were mistakes in my opinion. So much money and draft equity. But Percy hasn't played you will say. True but one thing which is the same between these two, both are incredibly injury prone. They have been their entire careers. The hawks need a top class wr. They are out there but that's one position where talent is obvious. You wont find many premier WR undrafted. Baldwin and Kearse are the best you will find but they are not Julio Jones or dez or aj or Calvin or demarius. For these type of WR you need to draft in the first round.
