The itty bitty kitties are playing promising football in recent weeks. They have beaten formidable opponents no doubt. Bryce Young is starting to resemble the player they drafted more than ever before. Their defense is stout. Absolutely going to be a test on the road.

Here's the hiccup. At this point of the season we are heads and shoulders better than the Bucs. Our defense was embarrassed, despite the win, giving up the most offensive points in franchise history. Fighting to keep the #1 seed...You think a fire will be lit under their ass this Sunday?

No disrespect to an up and comer, and I am not suggesting a cake walk by any stretch, but the Seahawks will prove to be the best team in the NFL for a reason.

The score will be closer than the game really will be. The Hawks control is never in doubt but a late score by Carolina makes it 26 - 20 . We stay at #1 . Suck it , Rams and 49ers .

This will look ugly early. I could see our beloved Seahawks getting behind 10-0 early. Carolina is a better team than people want to admit. They have quality wins, a stout defense, a qb coach / head coach that is getting everyone to buy in, and if they win their last two games they take their division.

There’s no quit in Seattle, and they play well on the road. I think the Hawks take a come from behind game and win it in the 4th quarter.

Sam has a big game, despite not having Cross playing. The D will not allow the Panthers run game to gobble up clock, and put heat on the Panthers diminutive QB. Both JSN, and Shaheed will have 100 yard games. Finally Walker will put together a back to back 100 yard games.

When I saw Carolina on the schedule at the beginning of the season, I thought it would be one of the easier games for the Seahawks. The Panthers have come a long way, having beaten the Rams, the Packers and the Bucs. I don't think the Seahawks will take them lightly.

But the Panthers have also lost to the Saints twice and been blown out in a couple of games. So they're inconsistent and have many flaws. One major flaw is their inability to get pressure on the quarterback. And we know what Darnold can do if he gets time to throw.
