We are all feeling the dopamine release of beating the 49ers and then an emphatic defensive performance against the prolific Cardinals at home. A few demons were slayed the past two weeks.

The offense is still looking to find its identity and consistency. The defense is starting to show signs of what we thought we would see under Mike’s leadership and defensive prowess.

The Jets are a real dumpster fire. Please Seahawks don’t let this be one of those embarrassing games you have no business losing (aka Giants at home).

I suspect that shouldn’t be the case.

Aros’ Fearless Prediction: Seahawks 24 - Jets 16

Aros’ Fearless Record: 8-3

I dont know about this one. On the one hand, i can see us handing it to them. On the other, i think back to week 3 when they best the Patriots. NE couldnt block or run and the Jets just pummeled them. Granted it was Jacoby Brissett and the Pats, but their pass rush concerns me.

That and it sounds like Wilson is ready to have another good game.

Hoping its not a let-down game. Would be great to play so well we help usher AR into retirement.

Would also add that I think that Grubb is going to have the spotlight on him this week.
We can no doubt hokd their offense in check. Whether or not we win will deoend on what new wrinkles Grubb can bring to the table. The Jets are below average agaisnt the run, but really stout against the pass and their D ranks 8th overall.
Could be 'onward and upward ' for him or the beginning of the end.

I hope he gets it together.

The Jets have a good defense. We have a so-so offense. This one is closer than it should be.

I don't know, I've seen enough Jets games this year. Their defense looks pretty beatable to me.

We shut down 3 of the most prolific offenses in football the last 3 weeks. What we got is that mouth breathing jizz bag Erin Rodgers. I can't stand this dude. He's a real POS human being on the wrong side of 40. They ain't lighting shit up. I think we do enough to beat their D with our offense. it won't be pretty but I do expect a win.

Hawks - 21
Jets - 10

Once again I will never pick against my team. The Vegas spread says Seahawks -2 which means they are favoured. I believe they should be too.

The Hawks need to protect Geno and run a bit more than the last game and also bring pressures on Rodgers rubbing him hard at times, while stuffing the Jets running game.

I think the Hawks will do all of that and easily cover 27-14 over the hapless Jets who seem to have lost their way. We hopefully will see our D taking another step towards dominance.

I think the Jets will play tough and we will struggle a little offensively early but then get some things rolling later in the game. I know the Jets haven't played well but they have some really good players in Hall, Wilson and all over the defense.

The Hawks are only favored by 1.5. Seems like we should be favored by more. I guess it's because this is what they call a "sandwich game." We're coming off a big win and next week will be another big game (against that same division opponent). If we lose to Erin and the Jets, this place is going to be in full meltdown mode.

Haven't played my weekly Madden game for my prediction yet but wanted to mention that despite the general perception, the Jets don't actually have a very good defense this year. It's not full blown 'bad', but firmly below average.

The asterisk to that is the one thing their defense is legitimately good at is generating pressure and sacks, which *points in the general direction of our offensive line* could be problematic...

As some said, Grubb is going to be in the spotlight this game in needing to generate some positives in the run game and move the pocket around so that we aren't sitting ducks in the pass rush.

Actual prediction coming later.

He might like it if they rub him hard…
