Word is we (the Saints) won’t sign him unless we get the all clear from the NFL. We apparently worked out a few others wrs as well, so who knows what’s up.

this would be such a low risk move, sign him and if he's suspended, so be it. If he's not and you get him bonus. Better on our roster than someone we might line up against.
