I was thinking the same thing on that play. Lull them into a sense of security, freeze them, then BAM.

With this OC, he could be setting that up for later in the game.

If we actually pretended to draw them offsides and then ran a play it would make drawing them offsides the next time an actual possibility. It would change that play forever
