This is my first shot at a topic on any forum. Just had to put this one up.

Looks like Mr. Sherman is teaching the rookie Mr. Willson how an All Pro practices at early OTA's.

I think he's tryin to rip the ball out through his back!

Love the attitude!

I saw video of a different play where Willson caught a pass and was struck by how excessively protective he was after the catch. I like the mentality.

Yards after the catch are overrated. Sure, they're flashy, but you can kill defenses simply by catching the ball and going to the ground if your guys catch almost everything thrown their way, and they protect the ball well.

Damn, loving Sherm's intensity, and it would be great for Willson to catch and hang onto everything within arms reach that comes his way!

Welcome to .net

Interesting bracelet Willson is wearing-I wonder if that is the ONE organization associated with an anti-poverty initiative.

Love that he's using good ball protection even in no-pads OTA's. Good to get into the habit early and often.

Cool part is that Willson beat the best coverage he could go up against to make that catch.

Who threw the pass?

Sherman shows up to do work.

The guy is a beast.

It's nice knowing he (along with the rest of this defense) can really push this offense to be even better than last year. I would hate to be a team playing this defense, and I would hate to play the team that sees this defense on a weekly basis.

Oh, and Welcome and thanks for sharing!

You forgot something... :sarcasm_on: !! You sure didn't get that idea from Pete or his coaching staff. Yards after the catch are very important...that's why the teams keeps statistics on that number.
