Alex Collins deserves game ball

He played better than anyone on offense. Jimmy played well but dropped a drive killing easy pass.

I am sorry he drives me crazy and makes nervous every time he gets the ball......or doesn't get the ball.

I'm happy for Collins that he scored his first TD. I'm happier that Collins caught that lob pass for a first down towards the end of the game.

But he had what, three plays from scrimmage?? Gimme a break.

If I am not mistaken, Joey Hunt got in on the TD run by Alex Collins. :2thumbs: Good to see someone who puts in the work get a snap ...... even if they must get creative about it.

With 14 rookies, it has got to be a challenge to get everyone snaps.

Holy crap, I saw him and thought it was one of those big Samoan guys we have on the team. Didn't realize that was Hunt, that's pretty cool.

I also thought McEvoy needs to get more snaps. Kid just looks good out there. So smooth and effortless for such a big guy.

His TD run was good too, AC took the handoff at about the 6, a DE got into the backfield clean, AC made a great move to sidestep that tackle, then bulled through a tackle to cross the goal line. Sweet!

Never said it wasn't and he didn't.

through preseason up until now, AC has been steady in everything he's done, well rounded in his overall game and improving.

It's not too far fetched to think his role will increase through-out the year until he's either the 1a or 1b guy.

Spiller's a great addition and help, but don't see him being a every-down workhorse, same with Prosise if he ever gets back.

C-Mike has a LOT of raw ability, but I see him as unsteady, great 20 yard run he had, but then weirds out by getting up and telling his own sideline to be quiet, I guess that was him showing out, weird.

Not convinced Rawls will be back in '15 form this year.

I guess it's part homerism, but also somewhat realistic to think AC could be a major guy by playoff time.
