We played the Rams on this day. It was a day that most have blocked out of our memorys with good reason, the Rams beat us 24-0. It was a NFL record that stands to this day, *** ( -7 total yards for the entire game.) OUCH!!!

You ask, how can this be inspirational, I ask how can it not be.

Cheers

I was there in my usual seat, right in front of my TV. Zorn was not good that day, but the Rams O&D lines were both light years ahead of ours. Seems like we actually had like some positive yards from each passing and rushing, but the sacks brought it down below zero.
They say you learn the most from failing, so that was a big school day.

79. That would have been the Ram team that went to the Super Bowl right?

Week before played a classic Monday Night game, complete with fake field goal and Zorn magic, winning on the road in the rain. Then didn't show up the next week.

That wasn't a bad team, either --- 9-7.
