They say that the season is a long season. The average game is about 3 hours long. That means we only have 45 hours of regular season viewing left. Not counting preseason, I have watched every regular season game in Seahawks history. With the playoffs I am guessing it is only about 600 hours of my life. For something that takes up a lot of my time, year around, I kind of feel cheated that it isn't longer. Love those precious 3 hours on game day!

48 hours a year, and every game totals 140 hours of your life? Hmmm.....

Anyway, if you really want to do the math for actual "play" it is something like 15 minutes per game. 15 minutes of PLAY each week (and it is probably closer to 10), shows not a ton of actual play time. Baseball is the same way. You can easily replay an entire game in less than 30 minutes when you cut out the junk.
