Was anyone else wishing PC would have put in Beast to get 2 more yards for his 100? If it was against any other team, no biggie, but SF just doesn't give up many 100 yd rushers and they make a big deal out of it.

Yeah, he it was really surprising that he didn't get 100. He did run backwards a few times. I wish they would have put him in on the 4th down play and gotten the 100 yards.

Yeah I was hoping they would put him in.

98 yards is basically 100, but it doesn't count for stat purposes.

I'd rather have Lynch fresh after a blow out. He did have 3 TDs (the more important stat.)

Also, it's Lynch's own fault for not breaking triple digits.

Nope. I didn't want any of the 49ers players going after his legs just for 2 more yards... What he did to them in the whole game was enough to show the 9ers that they have NOTHING on Beastmode.

Actually, I heard on the radio interview that Pete asked Lynch if he wanted to go back in and he declined.

Yeah, it would have been nice to get the C, but I'm OK with it the way it worked out.

AP was short of the rushing record by what 7 yards? if anyone should be pissed about being put in for just "few" yards it should be him.

Sounds like Lynch is more interested in winning a championship than adding another 100 yard game. Also, Lynch looked a little hobbled at times but kept getting carries.

Reading the whiners forum last night one person said something along the line of, "How come we can stuff every RB in football but we can't seem to stuff Marshawn Lynch?"

Class act, letting Turbo and Ware get some reps. I hope he wasn't hurting too much to go back in. The guy literally gives us everything.
