This team has been in a rebuild since 2014. that is an easy excuse for a bad system and coaching staff who is not ready to run an nfl team. I think grubb is over his head and MM should focus on head coach but he is also calling the D. Too much inexperience and how long can this go before someone is replaced? Two years, three years….10 years?
