Yeah yeah, too much red in the stands and I agree. 9ers fans travel well, this year is no different. I was there and the Sun was shining on the away side which makes that ugly red pop even more which makes it look worse than it was. To my best guesstimate, it was still 70% Seahawks fans and by the noise? Loudest I have heard in years.

12s were bringing it. Myself included. Hoarse voice today to prove it.

I know there’s a lot of noise about the stadium being taken over by opponent fans and that is true for some games but despite the shitty loss, I felt Hawks fans brought it.

Damn shame the Hawks didn’t finish it.

Definitely louder than I expected with all that red but still 30% away fans is way too many. Hopefully we get to winning so people are willing to put out the money to see the home team play

Even if/when winning, I think costs have just skyrocketed so high (which also includes re-sale single game tickets). It has permanently damaged passionate fan attendance moving forward. Casuals will return....maybe.

They probably showed the visiting side a lot more. It wasn't even CLOSE to half Niners fans like people claim.
A good chunk as usual, but bright red def. stands out in the stands. The Hawks side was VERY few Niners fans.

30 percent sounds pretty accurate. Too much, yes, but my god........the exaggerated numbers were hilarious.
And the crowd was pretty damn loud all day. Esp. since the game was close the entire time.

It looked like a lot on TV. The visitor side is shown more and it was very red. It also looked like there was a lot of red in the Hawk’s Nest. I was concerned about what seemed like way too many digit happy fans. Then I heard the 12s. And I saw the 104 db displayed. Way to go you in stadium fans! Keep it up!

Make no mistake; there were way too many 9ers fans in the stands for my taste but the roar of the 12s completely obliterated anything they could muster.

30% is pretty close to what it was during the height of the LOB era. Niners fans have always had a strong presence, in my time attending games, and they always get up for this rivalry.

Let’s go take one in their house.

I refuse to watch a replay of a loss, but I'm assuming, as usual, that they showed the visiting side a lot. Def. was a chunk of red, but no more than in the past.

Another thing to note is just the color scheme for the Seahawks vs opposing teams. Any team with a bright color jersey is going to stand out that much more on a background of navy blue that....fades.

If the colors were reversed, it wouldn't look nearly as noticeable. It would just appear like empty seats where the Navy blue is in a sea of red.

I said to myself I would only watch a loss to see the highlights of the good plays offensively.

(well there weren't many good plays offensively....thanks, Kubiak)
