Penix has looked good this year. Has made some NFL caliber throws. But against weak competition.

Washington looks to be the real deal, at least against average to above average competition. Penix is very good. On the road at UCLA will be a true test. Unfortunately for the Pac-12, their 2 big wins against the Big-10 looks to have been against over rated & over hyped teams in Wisconsin & Michigan St. Oregon getting absolutely trounced by Georgia doesn't help either.
