I'm just about done with Munoz at closer. He's starting to blow way to many leads and maybe its just a down year for him but I want a true closer.

Been done for a while. Great guy, but he flat out doesn't have it this year.

So true, I would have put Brash out there and let Munoz be the high end reliever. I hope at the deadline the can look at getting a true closer

I hope we get Aroldis Chapman or Jhoan Duran
Dan would probably make them middle relievers, or maybe outfielders.
Oh wait look at what brash did today to setup Bazardo to sort of bail him out..

IM concerned about how people grasp how Baseball works around here sometimes.. geesh
Munoz has been a** for the most part this year. Most of us understand baseball.

Brash has 1 bad outing with his control and Munoz has has control issues all year. This might just be a down year for him or its a sign of him starting to decline. The stats below is not what I want my closer to have. Mariners play so many 1 run games they they relay on having an elite closer heck even bullpen.

- ERA: 5.18
- WHIP: 1.36
- Saves: 9
- Innings Pitched: 24.1
- Strikeouts: 38
- Strikeouts per 9 innings (K/9): 14.1
