Huff and Grubb were a horrible combination that made the oline look worse than it was.

Well I was in the middle of those coversations for two months and a lot of people were saying that. But i am not going to go back and forth with you over it. The threads are all still there if you want to go back and look.

I agree on Grubb. But nobody is going to tell me they know if Huff is a bad oline coach or not. How do you know that?

He had no NFL experience and is now a TE coach. That tells me he wasn't ready to coach an NFL oline

As far as taking Elite players when you have some guys here, Easley, Hutch, Alexander, guys that fell in our laps and may not have been needed but were upgrades or once in a generation type players. We had Lineman, but Hutch fell to us and Holmgren said he was just that good and could not pass him up, Alexander, we had RB's, Watters was also brought in. Easley is his own story, which I put in same category as this guy we brought in to play the position. If this guys gets it and can play smart he could be our Kam, Sherman, Kenny, Earl guy taking away chunks of the field by stepping on it and limiting offenses by his presence once established.
