Uh. I have seen 3 dropped passes, 2 missed TD - Go back and look at the check down Darnold threw to Walker on that last drive, Rasheed was wide open for a TD. 2 missed protections and an errant throw that would have been a 1st down. I don't know how you blame the OC.

When you have an opposing defense that is overall sound and playing aggressive ball with decent coverage on the backend you have to make the D pay by scrambling for yards, not standing back and letting them just tee off. Sure, we can dial up some designed runs for Sam. But if he were just to take advantage of grass in front of him when he breaks contain, NE would be done.
