How ya feeling on this Super Bowl eve?

Longest 2 weeks ever. I was more nervous before the Niners and certainly the Rams playoff games. But I have been watching too much coverage and of course, there are always the contrarian viewpoints that give you pause. That's why I say this has dragged on too long. Let's just kick it off.

Probably best describes where I am too. The references to how great the Pats coaching staff is, their experience an how they will come out with a great plan and the talk about how the Pats can win make me nervous even though I believe we are better. And due to the experience difference feel that our coaching staff is being slept on.

im confident, I feel this will be an in between the Rams NFCCG and 49ers division game, but Ultimately Seattle will whoop their ass.

I am disengaged in a weird way. Part of it is I think the 2 week break is too long, and I am tired of all the media coverage. Folks ran out of things to say after the 2nd day and it's all just weightless filler talk since then.

I'm still excited for the game somewhere under all of it. Just tired of the spectacle.

Pretty much sums it up for me. I’ll start really feeling it around 2:00 PT when my sons soccer match ends and I’m racing home to be ready for kickoff.

Mind you…if it were normal cleanup and grocery shopping…that would be one thing. But nooooooo….my wife uses it as an opportunity to hang more drapes, build additional shelves, swap out that dining room chandelier.

And TBH. I was kinda more pumped for the Rams/Hawks 'superbowl'. After the NFC gauntlet that we ran for a month I just feel like that was more of a superbowl caliber game than what's coming at us.

I DO WANT 49 REVENGE however.

Relaxed but I know tomorrow as game-time approaches, I'll be less-relaxed but hopeful at the same time.

It's when the game officially begins (and I'm doing my thing in not watching the game) that I will be nervous as hell. (recall that I stated I have NFL+ that allows for me to watch replays of the games)

And I will be doing whatever it took to pass the time to get past the 3-hours that a game typically takes before daring to go to the Gameday chat here, refresh, and hope to see Celebratory threads about our victory.
