So 3yr for 60m 38m guaranteed. The rest on bumps.
I think that's very optimistic. I would expect every top player on an expiring contract to wait for free agency unless their team makes them an offer they can't refuse. Players can always lower their demands if the interest isn't there. I could see Shaheed's agent asking for $28M per year, and then maybe settling for $22M if there isn't a desperate GM out there. Maybe teams will just go by stats and see him as an erratic $14M per year guy who's had a once-in-a-lifetime year. It's really hard to guess, but I think it'll be more than $20M per year.

Michael dugar made the point that some guys will flat out just get paid top money like jsn. He did say guys like coby Bryant and walker might possibly be more willing due to their fit here but even he doesn't know. Others will say I just won you a super bowl, pay me. Apparently love, Lawrence, Williams and saubert have been telling guys about how much better it is here versus elsewhere so that may influence people.
