124 and a TD is fine. I wouldn't start sucking popsicles after this performance. Either you loved him or you're still waiting to love him.
I think some of this get it. You don’t grasp ball. At all. It’s ebb and flow. What he did helped us. We ran it. Like the knew we would. Still ran it. Still passed it. With defiance on downs that mattered.

Using stats to tell a story is silly in the nfl

His critics won't stop until he carries the team to playoff win with 300+ yards and 3+ tds. Personally, I'm fine with him having 124 yds on 12 completions in a blowout
It would be refreshing if a dynasty could be put together through some other model for once, and Mike seems to think he can do it. So far, so good.

Let’s put the narrative to sleep now.

Dude is playing very good AND he’s injured.

IMO the injury a bit obvious, and I couldn’t be any happier with him.

SAM CAN WIN THE BIG GAMES

NOW STFU about it.
While I agree, however, as a mod, you should be more welcoming to people who disagree. The whole, "stfu" crap coming from a mod? Yikes!

The defense K9 and special teams should get all their flowers today. Sam was great but why another thread about him? So weird....

Some folks forget that football is a team sport, and the “team” consists of more than a QB, or players for that matter.
Support staff, coaches, and even fans contribute.

Sam can win the big game, tonight may have been the biggest of Sam’s career to date.

You won’t catch me entertaining anyone that still perpetuates the mantra “Sam can’t win the big game”.

He did, not single handed but that almost never happens in the NFL.

SAM is Man, and I’m happy to continue rolling with him.

You completely didn't read any prior posts including the op.

I did

They said he was the QB of a big win and they were happy for him

I’m trying to imagine wanting my narrative to be right taking precedence over being excited our QB did what he had to do to win

Weird times we live in. But you do you

Take care✌️

I love the qb vs qb narrative. Like what. Rofl.

??? They said STFU if you are against Sam and no one is. This game had little to do with Sam. Get over it. Go to bed and enjoy the team victory.

What’s the old saying, “you have to be able to run the football in the playoffs.” Spin that around. Successfully teams don’t rely on their QBs to chuck it 40 times a game. Sam played the game to win. That’s good enough for me. Just win… two more to go!

Hard to rack up stats when your average starting position (for the drives Sam was in on) is the 48 yard line.

I think everyone of us would trade josh allen for sam but i dont nearly hear the narrative around allen not winning the big game. In reality what has he really accomplished? All they talk about with qbs is playoff wins and hes lost all the big ones. Again its stupid to judge him by it the same way its stupid to judge sam. Good teams win. Been plenty of lousy qbs to make a superbowl and even win one. And plenty of greats to never even make it.
