Best player right now?

There are numerous players that are playing very well. Got me thinking, who’s playing their best right now. Not who’s the most important. Not who’s the most important this Saturday. Who’s at their peak, or playing the best?

There are guys not on this list that are playing damn good. Discuss.

Ken Walker has been fueling the offense going into the playoffs. Just making crucial play, after crucial play at the most timely of moments. Without him, Seattle is the 5/6 seed.

I like the DeMarcus Lawrence tomahawk chop and Shaheed as a returner.

Was reading on esnp or something where seattle had the 19th ranked Rookie class. Yeah right! That's because we only won 7 Games.. ..oh that didn't happen. Zabel is an all pro in the making. Emmonwori is another guy day one made a difference. The stats say he only had 8 passes defensed. He had 4 in. One Game. I call bs.

I almost went big Murph, but Ernest Jones has been great in so many ways. I think he’s leadership, ability to get guys and adjustments called in the flow has been damn good. Fills the middle, attacks the ball and has a pocket full of interceptions.

But the play on the sideline when eMAN was about to suplex the offensive player and EJ came running up yelling for him to “don’t do it”, was huge. And I think the discipline adjustment across the defense as this season progressed has been encouraging.

Emmonwori is a difference maker. He’s a major problem for other teams.

I say Leo. Really hard to say, but as far as position and impact on the game and team, I think Leo is the heart. Leo is almost like what beast mode was to the culture.

Had to choose "Other" because I just don't see a single player shining head and shoulders above everyone else. This is a team game, and to me, all the team's units are playing together extremely well. Roles are being filled to perfection, from regular starters and spot starters to backups and the coming-off-injury-and-getting-up-to-speed guys. To me, this is exactly what a championship team looks like, with everyone contributing positively as they're able.
