Why is that guy the way he is?

Does he count as one of the Niners fans (yes he's a Niners fan; no one can convince me otherwise) that are "good people" like was stated?

Looks more like a resident troll to me.

You're welcome.

I suppose it should have been obvious, though. Looking back through your post history, you're supposedly a Seahawk fan who exclusively posts anti-Darnold and/or pro-49er content and wants to call it "just conversation".

Has this thread run its course yet?

You all know there will be a brand new Sam thread after the game, right? 😅

(hope it's a POSITIVE one)

I do not think I've ever seen a 13-win (now 14-) season without solid (at least) QB play. Sam has played incredibly well at times, with notable TOs. Both are true. He's outplayed his bad throws/fumbles, and been a significant part of wins against the very teams we are up against now.

Personal disappointment about not drafting someone "better" is pretty ridiculous at this point.

I'm holding out for 30+ pages of this entertainment. And if Sam contributes to a loss or our next win, this thread should get to 40. Let's goooooo!!!!

This is how I see it. I have resigned to pretty much expecting/accepting Sam to have 2 REALLY headscratching plays a game. It's a blessing that this is the ultimate TEAM sport. And, with what we get out of Sam is more money to spend on the piece(s) to render those mistakes null and void. Credit to JS/MM.

It's a testament to the TEAM where Sam can throw a Pick or two, and the team still ends up winning games by multiple scores.

Of course, I would prefer having games like the previous one where he has zero turnovers but beggars can't be choosers.

JUST WIN.

I don't. I just laugh at yours. You're the one who has moved the goalpost ahead of time.
And it's pure gold. I've legit never seen a bigger whiner on this board, and that's saying something.

HUGE game on Saturday. Get on board. Pull for YOUR QB, because he's who we have.
People only move the goalposts when they have to.

When you think of Darnold just think of Dave Krieg, same but different, Dave could play and look like Dan Marino but less velocity on his passes, and then all of a sudden couldn't hold on to the ball. Darnold looks to be as elite as you need to be and then for no reason looks like his first start.

Krieg was so hot and cold. When he was on, damn good. But he had some real clunkers.
My pops would call him KRAG if they played like crap.

You do know he is right behind Marino for most completions and a number of other Stats, or was when he retired. The man willed his team to win many times. For a Seahawks QB he was as close as I could thijnk of in what Darnold does.
