Probably may be an overstatement here. Even if the Bucs win Saturday they still need a Falcons loss Sunday. If the Falcons win Sunday the Panthers are in no matter what happens Saturday.

The Darnold doubt for the Seahawks has been there since the minute they signed him. Remember how he was a lateral move from Geno…at best?!

I remember being cautiously optimistic. I feel bad admitting this, but my first thought was “it’s a good signing because we can get out of it after a year”.

All the talk was how Darnold only succeeded in Minny because of his head coach and all world receiver.

Well….

Turns out he inherited another all world receiver. Plus, he got the best defense in the NFL which has relieved the pressure of him having to be perfect.

I've been listening/reading pundits picks for the playoffs and the Darnold doubt is still there in a big way. It's still seen as the thing that's going to eventually bring us down. There's a few that are with us, but the great majority see someone else going to the SB from the NFC.

I do think our season rides and dies on him. And he's failed in the past. Has he been in a bigger game than this outside the playoffs? The D will do its thing, likely give up some points, 24+, but it'll go as darnold goes imo...

The more I watch this team the more I’m convinced it goes as well as the O-line goes. If you keep Sam relatively clean and we have a run game which isn’t completely anaemic, then Sam will be effective. I have no concerns.

Yeah, I've mentioned this already. We are LEGITIMATELY 3 plays away from being unbeaten and the media and a lot of other people outside of the PNW are not looking at that or even mentioning it.

Just like if the Niners happen to make the Super Bowl, they’ll blow another championship against an inferior opponent because of the ego of your head coach.

You can still find VHS recorders on Amazon though if you want to remember what it was like to win a Super Bowl with an Uber talented team.
