Think about that for a second. NINE POINTS TOTAL. Get this.. every one of our three losses came down to the last play. The NFL is a parity league. EVERY TEAM is damn talented and capable of beating anyone.

We have played 16 games and have not shit the bed one time against a team we should have beaten. That’s almost impossible to do over the course of an NFL season and speaks to a very high high degree of mental toughness and preparation.

I don’t really have any poignant comment, but just wanted to remind us all who probably don’t need reminded that this GM and head coach have absolutely given us a season that exceeded all expectations. God bless the Seattle Seahawks!

That's so impressive! This team is very well-rounded with solid players on all three teams.

I realize there are challenges with our offense not always clicking perfectly, but we've come through, had some great comebacks, beat some good defenses, and kept up with top offenses.

A win this coming weekend against SC, a solid running game, and keeping turnovers to a minimum will do wonders for confidence heading into the playoffs!

Who said Tampa Bay was a playoff team? They haven’t earned a spot yet lol
Killjoy. ;)

Well, they probably will be and they were one of the hottest teams in the league when we met.

I’m taking Mayfield in a playoff like game

Well said RJ, been thinking about that all year. This team hasn't gotten blown out ONCE. EVERY single game they were in it.
They beat the Rams, Texans and Panthers, all pretty solid teams.

Never mind, not going down this "they won, but" road again. 🤣

That Tampa game is the one that hurts me the most of the three losses. Totally completely winnable and if they played that game all over again I have no doubt we would win.

Probably may be an overstatement here. Even if the Bucs win Saturday they still need a Falcons loss Sunday. If the Falcons win Sunday the Panthers are in no matter what happens Saturday.

Defense looked like they had never played before in that game on the back end, which was probably not too far from the truth with the injuries

I've been listening/reading pundits picks for the playoffs and the Darnold doubt is still there in a big way. It's still seen as the thing that's going to eventually bring us down. There's a few that are with us, but the great majority see someone else going to the SB from the NFC.

I think it will come down to Philly/Sea. And this defense is going to eat up the Eagles' offense. Will all come down to Darnold vs Eagles D.

Darnold's inability to win the big game and CMCs demise are still the season-long prophesied, but as yet unrealized, outcomes. Will be interesting to see if either come to pass.

This is interesting and something I haven’t actually been paying attention to. I have a degree in sociology so I’m usually fairly tuned into these things. Trends mean a lot. When Pete’s teams were at the top of their game the Seahawks played 85 consecutive regular-season games (95 including playoffs) without once losing by more than 10 points. This was from 2011-2016.
That streak was better than the previous record of 74 games set by the Bears…in 1925! Remember how good, dominant and in every game the Seahawks were during that six season stretch? I think we are back to it boys and girls. Enjoy the ride. I know I am!!

The Darnold doubt for the Seahawks has been there since the minute they signed him. Remember how he was a lateral move from Geno…at best?!

Yeah, I've mentioned this already. We are LEGITIMATELY 3 plays away from being unbeaten and the media and a lot of other people outside of the PNW are not looking at that or even mentioning it.
