The winning formula for this team, is to wade through Kubiaks garbage game plan, and Darnolds 1 to 2 first half turnovers. Weather that Storm riding the defense, and hang on keeping the game close.

Go into halftime with all 3 timeouts, make the necessary offensive adjustments, and play winning football to close it out for the victory. Love it. Go Hawks.

To be fair we've seen the opposite. The offense destroying and defense stopping teams in the first half. Only to let them try to make it a game in the 2nd.

The sign of a good team? Winning in a plethora of ways.
Not lately. But I hear you.

The problem is that our offense, whether Kubiak, Darnold, or both, isn't playing championship ball. They have seen multiple weeks where were it not for the defense or special teams sparking them, or saving them, we wouldn't be where we are.

It's great to be 13-3.

It would be gut wrenching to have a repeat of 2020 where we had a 12-4 team that had all the potential in the world, but had an achilles heal on O.

I am still hopeful that much of the futility is born from MM mandating that we keep things close and win with all phases and not rely on risky (shaky) execution in the pass game. If we are just choosing to go with the flow of the game and waiting for someone on O,D or ST to make a play, that's cool. I just don't like the way we let teams stay in games by putting 3 up in the 1st half of games...

Early in the season, I thought our O-line would wind up a strength, but it's not giving Sam much time. That'll be a problem for the passing game from here on out. However, the run-game was better again today, which is a win!

We have to start doing more in the first half in the playoffs. I understand we had some first half aberrations against NO and WAS, so I’m not talking about that. I mean getting one TD and a FG versus one or two FG’s.

We dominated defensively today and were the better team in spite of poor officiating, BUT…

They dropped an easy pick six early and shot themselves in the foot defensively with a penalty on 4th and 30.

Yeah, the last Rams game worked out for us fortunately, but we cannot have these first halves against teams like GB, LAR, and SF. If we do, we risk a short playoff run, which would be heartbreaking for a team this good.

both turnovers dubious, hand was going forward and I never got a look at Jackson's int
Hand was definitely going forward before contact was made. Not sure WTF they were looking at on replay.
Jackson's 2nd foot was on the line but they're trying to tell us that his shin touched grass before his foot hit the line which is complete BS. Thank god it didn't matter as we got a fumble on the very next play & scored a TD anyways bailing Darnold out of a terrible throw & decision to even throw it.

We lost both Shaheed and Cody White, everyone please remember this. We have not had our left tackle for two games. Kubiaked a little early on. We need two out of three of Shaheed, Cross, Horton to do anything in the playoffs.

Officiating in the league seems at an all time low. Don't just watch this game.

Its everywhere. You keep a game close and you are literally enabling 1 or 2 bad calls in a game to be the reason you lost it.

Keeping a game close is a stupid gameplan in the playoffs.
The offense did not pull its weight today. That needs to be fixed.

We do that next week against the 49ers and we are looking at an L.

Reason #2356 why you don’t let a textbook movie corporate villain a-hole like David Tepper chose your next QB.
Totally agree,
It will be interesting to see if they pick up his option, I just never understood
the media and some on sites like this just drooling over him, I'm like what?
If it was flag football, he's a top pick.

Still think to get to the superbowl we need Horton back for when teams key in on jsn, darnold needs to limit the turnovers and the running game needs to be something you can lean on like today. The offense just hasnt looked as explosive since Horton got hurt.

The interception call was correct…. Shin was down before the 2nd foot lands out of bounds. Especially hard to overturn as ruled an INT. Maybe if it was ruled incomplete they might have left it as incomplete but I still think it more likely they’d call it a INT
