I did rewind and watch it again and you're right. He didn't stay there very long. The ref was close, but I doubt it was close enough to hear what he said.

Speaking of penalties, I thought Cousins got away with at least 1 intentional grounding. The one I am thinking of is Falcons going left to right on the screen. I didn't see him get outside the tackle box and there was no-one near where he threw it
