Our playcalling isn't helping. We have someone like Shaheed with amazing speed...and we are throwing bombs to Kupp....

This was a poor gameplan combined with a QB that puckers under pressure, and RBs who are bang average at best. The game was lost before the coin flip.

Yep this for me was his first real test after failing to get it down vs SF. This has been utterly awful in our biggest game of the year. He only needed to be average to win today. Doesn’t matter where we finish; this type of performance will be how we end our season later in the year

Exactly how I feel. What difference does it make if we get to the playoffs? Darnold is the same QB as he was yesteryear, and he's relatable to the final years of PC: Good enough to get us to the playoffs but no further than an early round exit.

Folks were drinking the kool aid on this team way too hard. The team is good not great and is still missing a few pieces. Recalibrate your expectations and watch to see if the team keeps improving throughout the season. A super bowl run was always delusional.

We should have used Shaheed like we used to use DK Metcalf, not to catch the ball but to take the top off the defense.

Instead we kept trying to run the ball with middling backs or throw short passes with a QB that folds under pressure. Terrible terrible gameplan.
